Join our global team of dedicated volunteers who help make CreativesEverywhere Global a thriving community. Whether you have a few hours a week or want to make a deeper commitment, we have opportunities that match your skills and interests.

Internship Opportunities

Our internship program offers hands-on experience in arts administration, community building, and creative entrepreneurship. Interns receive mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a global creative movement.

Content & Communications

• Social Media Ambassador: Help amplify creative voices by sharing content, engaging with our community, and managing regional social media channels. Commitment: 3-5 hours/week.

• Newsletter Writer: Craft compelling stories about our community members, write feature articles, and curate monthly newsletter content. Commitment: 5-8 hours/week.

• Blog Contributor: Share your expertise through articles about creative practices, cultural traditions, or professional development. Commitment: 1-2 articles/month.

• Translator: Help make our content accessible by translating materials into Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin, or other languages. Commitment: Flexible.

Technical & Design

• Web Developer: Contribute to website improvements, bug fixes, and new feature development using our tech stack. Commitment: Flexible, project-based.

• Graphic Designer: Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and community announcements. Commitment: 3-5 hours/week.

• UX Researcher: Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and help improve the member experience across our platforms. Commitment: 5-8 hours/month.

• Video Editor: Edit member spotlight videos, tutorial content, and promotional materials for our YouTube and social channels. Commitment: Flexible, project-based.

Programs & Events

• Workshop Coordinator: Help plan and execute virtual workshops, webinars, and learning sessions for our community. Commitment: 5-10 hours/month.

• Exhibition Curator: Organize virtual gallery exhibitions showcasing member artwork, including artist selection and show coordination. Commitment: 10-15 hours per exhibition.

• Grant Researcher: Identify funding opportunities, compile grant databases, and help members discover financial resources. Commitment: 5-7 hours/week.

• Partnership Developer: Research and reach out to potential partner organizations, cultural institutions, and creative enterprises. Commitment: 5-8 hours/week.

Regional Leadership

• Regional Coordinator: Lead CreativesEverywhere initiatives in your country or region, organizing local events and building community. Commitment: 10-15 hours/week.

• Cultural Liaison: Connect us with local artists, cultural organizations, and creative opportunities specific to your region. Commitment: 5-8 hours/month.

Marketing & Communications Internship

Duration: 3-6 months | Commitment: 15-20 hours/week

Description: Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage social media campaigns, create content for multiple platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and support brand development initiatives. Ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in arts marketing and digital communications.

What You'll Learn: Social media strategy, content marketing, brand management, analytics and reporting, community engagement tactics.

Program Development Internship

Duration: 4-6 months | Commitment: 15-20 hours/week

Description: Assist with designing and launching new community programs, research best practices in creative community building, coordinate workshops and events, gather member feedback, and contribute to strategic planning. Perfect for those interested in nonprofit program management.

What You'll Learn: Program design and evaluation, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project management, impact assessment.

Content Creation & Editorial Internship

Duration: 3-6 months | Commitment: 12-15 hours/week

Description: Write member spotlights and feature articles, conduct interviews with artists, curate newsletter content, edit submissions for our blog, and maintain our content calendar. Great for aspiring arts journalists and creative writers.

What You'll Learn: Arts journalism, interviewing techniques, editorial processes, storytelling, content strategy.

Community Engagement Internship

Duration: 3-6 months | Commitment: 15-20 hours/week

Description: Support member onboarding, moderate online discussions, organize virtual networking events, identify partnership opportunities, and help build regional community connections. Ideal for those passionate about community building and cultural work.

What You'll Learn: Community management, conflict resolution, event facilitation, relationship building, cultural competency.

Research & Development Internship

Duration: 4-6 months | Commitment: 10-15 hours/week

Description: Conduct research on creative industry trends, analyze member demographics and needs, identify funding opportunities, compile resources for artists of color, and support strategic planning initiatives.

What You'll Learn: Research methodologies, data analysis, grant writing, strategic planning, report writing.

Our internships are open to current students, recent graduates, and career changers passionate about supporting artists and creatives of color. We welcome applicants from all countries and cultural backgrounds who share our mission and values.
